Shipping policy

We’ve partnered with Australia Post to ensure your order is delivered quickly, safely, and reliably to your door.

Delivery Times
As a guide, Australia Post deliveries are estimated as follows:

  • Australia: 3-6 business days
  • New Zealand: 5-10 business days

This estimate excludes processing times. No shipments on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders:

  • Australia: $12 AUD
  • New Zealand: $17 AUD

Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Once your order has been booked for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Conditions

  • We offer delivery Australia-Wide and to New Zealand.
  • All prices are displayed in AUD. Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders can be delivered to residential or business addresses, as well as PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is supplied, a redelivery fee may apply. We as the Sender are not liable for the loss or delay of freight due to incorrect information provided.
  • All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). If it is deemed safe, your parcel will be left at the delivery address. If no safe location is available, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office for collection.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
