We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items eligible for return must be in their original condition—unworn, unmarked, with garment tags attached, and packaged in the original, undamaged product packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, navigate to accounts and sign in to your account using the email address associated with your order. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email for verification. Once signed in, from the orders page you may request a return, select the item(s) you wish to return, and provide a reason for the return. Our team will assess your request and notify you once it has been approved, typically within 1 business day. Please wait for return approval before sending your item.

Return Shipping Returned items must be securely packaged, avoiding clear or visible packaging for security reasons. Include the original invoice with the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or misdelivered returns. Processing & Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer exchanges at this time.
